What is ROW?

ROW (powered by ISN) is a mobile app designed for you to track your work experience records, keep a digital wallet of your work-related certifications and licenses and share this data with your connected employers. ROW allows you to create your own digital Record of Work (ROW) to carry with you on-the-go.

What type of device is needed to download ROW?

ROW requires an Android or iOS Mobile Enabled Device

Is ROW available to non-ISNetworld members?

No, currently ROW is only available to a select group of ISNetworld members.

Getting Started

How do I download ROW?

The ROW app is available for download in the Google Play™ and Apple® app stores. To set up an account, your employer must send you an invitation code through ISNetworld. Once you receive this code via email or SMS text message, you will be asked to accept the ISN ROW Mobile Application End User License Agreement and the ISN ROW Mobile Application Privacy Policy and can move forward with the account setup process.

What if I do not have an invite code?

An invite code is required to create a ROW account. To receive an invite code, please follow up with the ISN Administrator at your company.

Do I need login access to ISNetworld to use ROW?

No, you do not need an ISNetworld username and password to use ROW. You will create this following the input of your invitation code.

I’m an employer. How can I begin inviting my employees to use ROW?

If your company has been given access to invite employees to use ROW, you can invite employees from the Employees section of your ISNetworld account.

Managing Your Account

How do I create a profile?

You will be prompted to create your profile through the ROW Setup Wizard. You can make changes by selecting the edit pencil next to your name and profile picture.

How do I upload a photo?

Your employer may have elected to sync your ROW app profile photo with the photo in your ISNetworld profile. You can edit this photo by taking a new photo or uploading from your photo library on the profile page within the app.

How do I enter my Work History?

You can add your work history through the Experience section in the ROW app. Details such as the project name, hiring client, employer, details of operations, skills, and primary tasks will be requested.

What if I do not know all the required information needed on the Experience page?

All fields are required when adding an Experience record. You may follow up with your employer for assistance, or fill in each field to the best of your ability. “Not Applicable” responses will be accepted.

How do I enter my Skills?

You can search for a specific skill on the Skills page in the ROW app. If your specific skill is not available, simply select one that is most closely related.

What is a Digital Wallet?

The Digital Wallet is a section in the ROW app where you may upload licenses, cards, and certifications related to your work.

How do I enter my licenses and certification?

You can enter this information by selecting “Add Credential” and entering all required fields. You can take pictures of the front and back of your license or certification and save them to the record.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can upload in the digital wallet?

No, currently there is no limit to what you can store in the digital wallet.

ISNetworld Compatibility

I have joined a new company. How can I add connections to my new employer(s) in the ROW app?

Connections to employers can only be initiated by your employer through its ISNetworld account. i. If you are an existing ROW member, you will find your employer’s invitation within the Connections section of your ROW app. ii. If you are new to ROW, you must use the invitation code sent to you to download the ROW app and sign up.

What if I leave my company?

You can remove your connection with your previous employer through the “Employer Connections” page in the ROW app. Please note – any information you previously entered into the ROW app will not be lost. To remove a connection, follow these steps: i. Within your ROW Profile, select Menu > Connections > Accepted ii. Beside your employer’s name, click the red X. iii. An Alert will appear: This action will remove your ROW account’s connection with this employer and no future data can be transported into their ISNetworld account. Are you sure you want to proceed? iv. Select “Yes” if you would like to disconnect.

What information that I enter into the ROW app can my employer see in ISNetworld?

If your employer is required to submit any of the ISNetworld Training Qualifications you tie to Experience or Digital Wallet records, these will be visible in your employer’s ISNetworld account. Even if the experience record was for work at another employer’s project, your current employer will be able to see all records.

What information that I enter into the ROW app can only be seen by me?

All records and information you choose to not tie to an ISNetworld Training Qualification will only be visible by you. You also can export a summary of your information.

Why can’t I tie an ISNetworld Training Qualification to my Experience or Digital Wallet record?

This could be due to one of two reasons: i. The ability to tie records to ISNetworld Training Qualifications is dependent on the requirements of your connected employer(s). If needed, you can update historical records to be tied to ISNetworld Training Qualifications at any time. ii. If you or one of your employers have already submitted a TQ Review Training Qualification and it is pending review, you will be unable to resubmit until that review is completed.

How many employer connections can I have?

You can have an unlimited number of employer connections.

Can ISNetworld Hiring Clients see my account?

No, ISNetworld Hiring Clients cannot see your account.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by navigating to the Menu, then “Settings”. You will see a button labeled “Change Password” that will allow you to update your password.
